Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

* The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging;
* All tags and labels are intact;
* The item is not a clearance, custom, or final-sale product.

How to Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@solmiraliving.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions once approved.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
